Tots’ Spot—new weekly group
Early in 2012 we are looking to start a new venture called Tots’ Spot. Tots’ Spot will be a group for parents and toddlers aged from 0 to 5 years and will run every Wednesday during term-time from 10.00am to 11.15am.
During a typical weekly session toys and crafts will be available for the children to play with and drinks will be provided for adults. There will be a circle time where everyone will be encouraged to sit in a circle, hear a simple Bible story and the children will be provided with a healthy snack. There will also be time for singing nursery rhymes and church songs and a simple prayer to close.
We hope that through Tots’ Spot local parents will be able to make good friends with other Mums, Dads and Carers, and we hope that we as a church will be able to be a part of that.
Final details are still being worked out so we’re unable to give you an exact start date, but please either keep an eye on our website or contact us and we’ll let you know when we’re ready to launch. We are also planning to distribute leaflets to the local area early in 2012 that will give more information.
