A weekend of Easter fun
Over the Easter weekend we have a number of events to which everyone is invited. On Good Friday (2nd April) there will be a short service starting at 10am.
Later on at 7.30pm we will be showing the film Faith Like Potatoes. The film is based on a true story and weaves together the moving life journey of a man who, like his potatoes, grows his faith, unseen until the harvest. There will be free popcorn and drinks and the film is a 12A.
On Saturday (3rd April) there will be an Easter Egg Hunt for members of our TJC (The Junior Church) and their friends. Children should meet with their parents at Dry Street Memorial Church, Langdon Hills, at 10am for egg nest making and the hunt.
On Saturday afternoon, from 2-4pm, we will be holding our Craft Cafe again. There will be an opportunity to try lots of new crafts, eat cake and drink tea and coffee. All activities will be free.
Finally, on Sunday we will be holding an Easter Sunday service at 11am, and an open service from 6.30pm.
