Greetings fellow Tot Spotters!
It has been over a year since we were last able to be together and we’ve really missed seeing our Tot Spot family every Wednesday. However, we have some exciting news to share – we’re re-starting next week (21 April)!
Under current Government guidelines we are now allowed to host up to 15 adults plus their children each week, as long as we all follow social distancing and mask requirements. It won’t be quite the same because we won’t be able to do story or songtime, but as a first step back to normality, we can’t wait.
In order to limit attendance, places at Tot Spot will have to be pre-booked each week. We’ve set up a really simple online booking system which you will need to visit and put in your details for Track and Trace purposes (these details will be retained for 21 days). The booking calendar can be accessed at https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/TotSpot1@corringhamevangelical.co.uk/bookings/
Please note the following information to ensure that Tot Spot is safe for everyone:
Masks must be worn at all times when inside the church building unless exempt and you will be asked to sanitise your hands on entry to the building. Chairs will be spaced around the room and should not be moved. You may move around to play with or assist your child but we ask that you are mindful of social distancing guidelines. Children will not be expected to maintain social distance. If you or your child are feeling unwell, please do not attend. Places are strictly limited to 15 adults per week. Please be considerate of others when booking and book only for the week ahead. If you are unable to make your booked session, please cancel as soon as possible to allow another family to attend. The full risk assessment is available at the link below.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming many of you back to Tot Spot.
Thank you for your support and cooperation in making it as safe and enjoyable as possible for everyone.
Hollie and Becky
